Mr LEO, was born on the 31st August  1990. he is a Cameroonian singer-songwriter and artist.  His stage name is Mr.LEO coded Philanthropic. Early life Boy from the Barracks Mr LEO was born in Buea and grew up in a small  military camp called “Waders Barracks” at “Clerks Quarters” around the center of Buea, the South-Western  part of Cameroon.
