After the scandal in Wum that led to a civil uprising, another military man shots a young guy on the head while disputing over a girlfriend

A young guy by name Nsakwa George has been shot on the head and is currently surviving from gunshot wounds as a military officer, angrily shots him when they were disputing over a girl friend. There have been complains of military officers intimidating and violating the rights of civilians there. The said victim is currently receiving medical treatment in a local hospital in Nkambe. Youth activist are promising an uprising there, if such  cases of military officers, police gendarmes threatening locals with guns and arbitrary arrest and detention in Nkambe, we would take all necessary measures to protect ourselves Ngi Tantoh Didi said.
