Martin Mbarga Nguélé has dismissed eight police trainees at the Police Training Centre in Mutengene for falsifying documents.

The Delegate General for National Security, Martin Mbarga Nguélé has dismissed
some eight police trainees at the Police Training Centre in Mutengene for
falsifying documents.
The order dismissing them is contained in a communiqué signed last week in
a bid to check fraud and malpractices in public institutions.
It is worth noting that, two other police trainees were laid off from the
training centre early August 2016 for unacceptable behaviour, considered
unhealthy to the national security corps.
A related act was reported on August 18, 2016 when an Inspector of Police
was fired from the school for indiscipline and poor conduct.
According to the Delegate General, the fake documents of the eight trainees
were uncovered thanks to a commission put in place to review the status of
each trainee and ensure order at the training centre.
